Why I want this.
want to make myself the best possible version of myself that I can be. I want to achieve this before I have to give myself to anyone else. Before anyone else relies on me - a husband, future children, elderly parents. While I have little responsibility, I will focus on ME. I will not dare waste any more of this precious time in my life.

I'm in heaven right now!
I weighted myself this morning and I thought the number on the scale would be something like 72 because last month I didn’t lose much weight at all but it was 70.6 kg!!!!!! (155.6 lbs) I AM SOOOO HAPPY!! I lost a total of 7.3 kg. Now I’m going to eat some breakfast
